Question 2: Will the dispersants speed up the process of cleanup? Yes, the process will definitely be faster, but the major problem instead of how fast it will go away is that while you are cleaning it up it is being even more harmful to the animals and species living there. BP should have never made this mistake in the first place all that oil should just be in the container it was before they should have had a plan to know what is going on at all times!!!
Answer To 2. Yes. These dispersants will advance clean-up. However, the safety of animals exposed is under question.
